SHIPPING INFORMATION 
We are a small shop, and customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.  Please understand delivery issues can and do occur from time to time. Hence, we cannot guarantee delivery dates because certain factors are out of our control.  These factors include, but are not limited to, delays by the carrier, supply chain issues, and weather events
 
To keep your items safe and ensure a smooth delivery, you must have your order(s) shipped to a secure location, where you or someone you know and trust will be present to receive the merchandise.  We are unable to change delivery addresses.  If a customer enters the wrong address on an order, we cannot correct the address.  We will cancel and refund the order if notified of the issue before shipment.
INSURANCE
Every package we ship is insured up to $100.00.  We are not responsible for the loss of packages for any reason, including but not limited to, the delivery location is not secure, the customer put the wrong address, a package is delivered to the wrong address, or a delivered package is stolen from where a carrier leaves it. All insurance information is found in the tracking information for the package. If, for whatever reason, the customer does not receive their package then it is the customer who is responsible for making the insurance claim.
 
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to decline to re-ship or refund orders where merchandise is not received.
 
SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT
Shipments to commercial addresses, including freight forwarders, require a signature for delivery. Additionally, orders over $100.00 require a signature for delivery.
We reserve the right to require a signature for delivery on any order.
 
TRACKING INFORMATION
A tracking number will be provided for all orders. A tracking number does not mean the package has been picked up by the carrier.  When you receive the tracking information, you will know that your shipping label is created, and that we are working on your order.
We try to get all packages to the carrier within three business days after payment is received. Because all Art of the Root products are made by hand, on a daily basis, we do not guarantee shipping dates or times. 
 
Due to the nature of how magic works, we cannot guarantee results. All items are sold as a curio only. We are not responsible for any given outcome or result. Please seek out medical care when it comes to any health issue, and seek out professional legal advice for all legal issues.
RETURNS
All returns must be issued within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. 
Returned items must be in original condition and returned in original packaging. 
To complete your return we require the order number and the reason for the return. To initiate a return, please contact info@artoftheroot.com with your order number and refund request. 
Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
RETURN POLICY
You are responsible for paying your shipping costs when making a return. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and tracking must show that your package was received at our shop.
 
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.

How to use Goddess of Power Oil:

Goddess of Power Oil can be anointed on jewelry or sacred objects, rubbed on an altar, dabbed in the heel of your shoes, or onto business cards or important documents. You may also simply burn some in a diffuser during meditation or while attempting any creative endeavor. You can also drop a bit on a burning charcoal disc to infuse the air. Use some prior to shaking hands with colleagues or meeting anyone new. Rub some on your desk at work or dab a bit on some money you keep in your wallet. You may even apply a small amount on your hair after your get out of the shower or bath.

 

How to use Goddess of Power Oil in a Spell or Ritual:

For a powerful candle ritual, get six white tea lights and a purple candle. Anoint each tea light with a bit of Goddess of Power Oil by gently applying the oil in a clockwise direction around the wick. Place the tealights in a circle. On your purple candle, carve your name and anything you wish to achieve. Anoint the candle with the oil by putting a little on your fingers and drawing the oil up the candle from the bottom to the top. Place this candle in a candle holder and then in the center of the circle. When you are ready, light the tea lights and then the purple candle. Say a prayer and visualize!
