Return Policy

RETURNS
All returns must be issued within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. 
Returned items must be in original condition and returned in original packaging. 
To complete your return we require the order number and the reason for the return. To initiate a return, please contact info@artoftheroot.com with your order number and refund request. 
Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
RETURN POLICY
You are responsible for paying your shipping costs when making a return. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.

Gift cards
Some health and personal care items
Final Sale items
Personalized items
 
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and tracking must show that your package was received at our shop.
 
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  It may take several business days for the refund to post to your original method of payment.
