Order/Payments

Once an order is submitted, and confirmed, we are unable to make any changes.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the payment method after an order has been placed. Please ensure your payment method is correct before completing your purchase.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.

We currently do not accept gift cards or store credits. We only accept major credit cards and PayPal.

We do not currently offer financing or installment payment options. We only accept full payments via the available payment methods.

Return/Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on unopened products. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

To return an item, please email our customer service team at info@artoftheroot.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning your product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons. Please ensure the product is unopened before returning it.
If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process the return and issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds will be issued for the product cost only. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Shipping Information

Once your order is processed, we will provide you with a tracking number. Please note that receiving the tracking number means your shipping label has been created and your order is in progress. It does not necessarily mean the package has been picked up by the carrier yet.

We strive to get all packages to the carrier within three business days after payment is received. However, since all Art of the Root products are made by hand, we cannot guarantee exact shipping dates or times. Rest assured, we’re working diligently to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Once the carrier has the package, you can use the tracking number to monitor its journey.

Yes, we offer free USPS Priority shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States.

Yes, every package we ship is insured up to $100.00. However, please note that we are not responsible for packages lost for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • An insecure delivery location
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address
  • Packages stolen after being left by the carrier

All insurance details can be found in the tracking information provided for your package. If you do not receive your package for any reason, it is the customer's responsibility to file the insurance claim directly with the carrier.

We offer USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, and international shipping options. The shipping method will depend on your location and the size of your order.

Simply enter your promotion code at checkout to receive your discount, as long as the code is valid for your purchase.
