The Cinquefoil Spell

To perform the Cinquefoil Attraction Spell, you will need the following items:

      • dried cinquefoil
      • cinnamon or ginger powder
      • a pen, and piece of parchment paper
      • a fire-safe plate
      • a carrier oil or manifestation oil
      • an orange candle

Begin by writing your intention on the parchment paper three times, then write your name directly on top of it. Fold the paper towards you and turn it 90 degrees. Repeat this two more times and lay it flat on a table or altar. Cover it with the fire-safe plate.

Combine all the cinquefoil with cinnamon or ginger powder. Make sure you mix well, and, if you can, try to mix the herbs into a fine powder. Anoint the candle with a few drops of oil and gently roll it over the dried herbal mix. Place the candle in a holder and put it on top of the plate covering your petition. Light the candle and recite Psalm 23, say a prayer, or state your intention. Remember not to overdo the herbs, as this can affect the candle's burning.

Allow the candle to burn completely out, or if you choose, you can set aside an amount of time each day to burn your candle until the candle finally burns out. As the candle burns, focus on your intention and visualize what you want to attract or draw in.

Once the candle has burned down, collect any wax residue and remaining herbs and bury them outside your front door or simply plant them in a pot with your favorite flowers. You can also discard them at a crossroads.

Remember that attraction spells work best when combined with positive thoughts, actions, and an open mind. Be patient and keep a positive attitude as you wait for your desires to manifest.
