What are the Ingredients in Spiritual Cleansing & Meditation Votive Candles?
We blend lavender, sweetgrass, palo santo, mugwort, frankincense, myrrh, and a number of other potent herbs and oils.
How to use Spiritual Cleansing & Meditation Votive Candles?
Our favorite method of working with this votive set is to begin by writing down your intentions and goals on a piece of paper. If you have a particular issue on which you wish to receive guidance, write it down as well. Next, fold the paper in half, toward your body, and then turn it 90 degrees in a clockwise manner. Fold the paper again, towards your body, and then get it as flat as you can. Lay the paper on a hard surface.
Next, get a votive candle and place it on a plate. Then, take the candle and plate and put them directly over the folded piece of paper. When ready, light the candle, focus on your intentions. You may wish to meditate, while focusing on your intentions.
Repeat this for two more night. Yow will want to begin on the eve of a new moon. You can repeat this ritual on the next new moon if needed.
