Beautiful wand for the price

Quality products! Love this company!! Some oils are diff than 2022/23 and smell diff with diff ingredients or added and some not as effective since I first started purchasing but regardless I keep hoping for diff batches maybe 🙏 so many evil in this world! Stay protected and equipped yall! Love this company and this wand works amazing!

Lacking - customer service - subpar packaging

Communication was fine; automated. Item was shipped promptly. Packaging was subpar. Both ends of the wand being completely unprotected; allowing the pointed end to be damaged in transit. Tape was applied directly the wand; poor choice. Upon contacting company, they replied quickly addressing my concerns but without even acknowledging the fact that the product was damaged. They could use some additional training in the area of customer service. I will never buy from them again. To each their own.

Bought this for my friend. She loves it and said it smells good.
