How to use Calming Oil:

You can dab some Calming Oil on personal items, ritual tools or mix a bit with water and use as a spiritual spray. One popular method is to mix a little Calming Oil with some olive oil and rub down doors and furniture. If you have had an argument or there is conflict with your partner, use some to rub down your bed and bedroom furniture (just be aware that it will stain sheets.) One of my favorite techniques is to fill a small bowl with lavender and thyme and add a bit bit of Calming Oil. Place it under the bed directly below where you sleep. You can even add a bit of Kosher salt to draw out any negative energy. You can also make a sachet with lavender and thyme and add Calming Oil. Place this at work, in your car, or carry it in your purse or bag.
