SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are a small shop, and customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Please understand delivery issues can and do occur from time to time. To keep your items safe and ensure a smooth delivery, you must have your order(s) shipped to a secure location, where you or someone you know and trust will be present to receive the merchandise. We are unable to change delivery addresses. If a customer enters the wrong address on an order, we cannot correct the address. We will cancel and refund the order if notified of the issue before shipment.
INSURANCE
Every package we ship is insured up to $100.00. We are not responsible for the loss of packages for any reason, including but not limited to, the delivery location is not secure, the customer put the wrong address, a package is delivered to the wrong address, or a delivered package is stolen from where a carrier leaves it. All insurance information is found in the tracking information for the package. If, for whatever reason, the customer does not receive their package then it is the customer who is responsible for making the insurance claim.
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to decline to re-ship or refund orders where merchandise is not received.
SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT
Shipments to commercial addresses, including freight forwarders, require a signature for delivery. Additionally, orders over $100.00 require a signature for delivery.

TRACKING INFORMATION
A tracking number will be provided for all orders. A tracking number does not mean the package has been picked up by the carrier. When you receive the tracking information, you will know that your shipping label is created, and that we are working on your order.
We try to get all packages to the carrier within three business days after payment is received. Because all Art of the Root products are made by hand, on a daily basis, we do not guarantee shipping dates or times.

RETURNS
All returns must be issued within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
Returned items must be in original condition and returned in original packaging.
