How to Use Van Van Oil in a Spell

This is one of my favorite spells to employ when you wish to achieve both success and protection. This spell requires you to make a sachet. Sachets are small cloth bags filled with various ingredients, such as herbs, stones, and personal items. Depending on your intentions and purpose, the sachet can be carried on you, hidden in a specific place, or hung in a designated area.

You will need the following items:

  • A 4 x 4 inch square piece of yellow fabric.
  • Van Van Oil
  • A pinch of Angelica Root
  • A pinch of Five Finger Grass, High John Root, or Basil
  • A small piece of pyrite or citrine crystal (optional)
  • A piece of yellow string, yarn, or thread

To begin, lay the fabric flat on your surface, then add all of your ingredients one at a time. Do not add the Van Van Oil, and don’t overdo it. You want to create a small pile that sits in the middle of the piece of fabric. When this is complete, take each of the corners of the fabric and pull them towards each other until they are touching. The goal is to create a small bag by pulling all the corners of the fabric together with the herbal ingredients inside. Then take your string and tie it around the touching four corners.

When your sachet is tied, take a moment to focus on your intentions. Draw in a deep breath as you continue to focus on your intentions. Then gently breathe directly on the sachet. Make a clear and concise statement about what you wish to manifest. You can literally ask the sachet to help you achieve this. Then take a few drops of Van Van Oil and place it on the palm of your hands. Rub your hands together and feel the oil heating up. Then take your sachet and lightly coat it with the oil from your hands. Your sachet is complete.

You will need to feed the bag once a week with a drop or two of Van Van Oil. Keep the sachet on you, or place it in a hidden place.
